Act locally. Give locally.

Who We Are

We want to make it easier for your office team, friends, or family to engage with the Boston community and perform deeds to support those in need. Everyday Deeds coordinates events to help the everyday lives of those around us, from providing a meal and basic sanitary products to helping during the holidays. Our mission is to make it easy to connect with and strengthen our community together.

“I found it is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay. Small acts of kindness and love.”

— Gandalf, Lord of the Rings

Ready for Your Everyday Deeds?

We coordinate with local organizations to plan community service events that fit your office, school or group’s interests and budget. Strengthen your office culture and bring people together to address a specific need in the community. We have a list of events for your team to choose from in our three areas of focus: food insecurity, basic needs and youth empowerment

  • Offices: Strengthen culture and teams

  • Schools: Build service programs

  • Individuals: Volunteer and engage

How it Works

  1. Identify your office team or group:

    • 10-15 people for about 2 hours of volunteering

  2. Choose how you want to help:

  3. Coordinate with Everyday Deeds on logistics and details
